Join The Team: Cafe Bar Manager
We are seeking an experienced hospitality manager to lead and develop our popular Café Bar within a thriving, community focused arts centre.
The Pound Arts Café Bar offers a range of hot drinks, cakes and snacks, hot food, and alcoholic drinks. It is at the heart of this vibrant arts centre, and supports the diverse programme including workshops, films, theatre, dance, visual arts, music and comedy as well as two festivals a year.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is committed the highest standards of customer service, has prior experience managing a similar facility, including staff, and who is looking for work in a busy and friendly organisation.
- 37.5 hours per week, with plenty of flexibility as to when you work these hours within our opening times (Mon-Sat, 9:30am-9:30pm).
- We will consider FT/PT alternatives
- £23,400 per annum (pro rata if part time).
- Demonstrable experience managing teams, and knowledge of Food Hygiene, COSHH, and Health and Safety relevant to this job is essential
