Yoga Magic: Accessible Yoga with Jane Rourke, sessions at intervals between 11am-2.30pm (DROP-IN).
Join Jane for a FREE 20 minute taster session (every half hour, starting at 11.00am).
Yogamagic is run by Jane Rourke, who teaches community yoga classes in Corsham and the surrounding villages. Jane also has a small home loft studio in Neston, where she teaches private, smaller group classes (max 4 students). Jane’s classes are welcoming, inclusive and supportive. Her teaching style is gentle and nurturing, focusing on soothing our overworked minds & nervous systems through movement, breath and connection to our bodies.
Jane strongly advocates making yoga accessible for ALL AGES AND BODIES and with this in mind has created specialist classes, especially for older students. The sessions are slower and more gentle than regular classes, using chairs, blocks & blankets to support the body. Current students have loved being part of a mature group, where without the pressure of younger students, they have felt far more comfortable. This has enabled them to build confidence & work at their own pace, gently increasing mobility, flexibility, strength & balance, which also learning tools to calm the mind.
Details of all of Jane’s classes can be found at https://www.yogamagic.co.uk/book-online
