The Shingalings are a Bristol-based dance act blending Latin, Soul, Funk, and Boogaloo into a riot of rhythm and energy. With “super infectious energy” (BBC Music Introducing) and a sound that’s “nailed that ’60s New York Boogaloo sound” (Craig Charles, BBC 6
Music), they bring the party with feel-good piano hooks, raw and soulful horn lines, rapturous vocals, and, of course, those irresistible Latin beats.
Having taken the South West by storm at their 2024 Glastonbury set, the band are continuing the festival season in 2025 with an appearance at Chai Wallahs tent at Kendall Calling. Don’t miss your chance to dance like you’ve never danced before!
