THE POUND ARTS CENTRE PUBLIC WIFI ACCESS CONDITIONS OF USE

Please read these conditions fully.

• If it comes to the attention of The Pound Arts Centre personnel that these Conditions of Use have been broken, appropriate action will be taken where it is considered necessary to do so.
• This will be proportionate to the nature of the problem but may include passing information to the police where there is reasonable cause to believe that a crime may have been committed.

Staying legal

• You MUST NOT access obscene or offensive material, or attempt to hack into sites you are not authorised to access. Such activity may mean you face prosecution.
• The Pound Arts Trust may record your access to internet sites.
• You MAY only watch live television broadcasts if you use headphones, owing to the complexities of licencing.
• You MUST NOT watch commercially produced films, whether downloaded, purchased or hired.

Hacking and Tampering

• You MUST NOT attempt to break into any site that you are not authorised to access.
• You MUST NOT tamper with any hardware or alter the software, security systems or setup of the computers.

THE POUND ARTS TRUST WILL NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY IN ANY WAY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO ANY EQUIPMENT USED WITH OUR WIFI SERVICE.

Ordering Goods and Services

• You MAY use the WIFI service to access websites, email, and make use of other facilities online as you wish and within the terms of these Conditions Of Use. If you order goods and services over the Internet, or provide other people your personal details you do so at your own risk.

THE POUND ARTS TRUST WILL NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY IN ANY WAY FOR QUERIES, COMPLAINTS, LOSS, DAMAGE OR ANY CLAIM WHATSOEVER ARISING FROM SUCH THIRD PARTY TRANSACTIONS.
