Reneé Zellweger pulls off a show-stopping performance for her portrayal of the unforgettable Judy Garland. The film focuses on the final years of Garland’s life and in particular on a string of sold-out concerts she performed in London in the winter of 1968.
It’s a heart-wrenching tale of a star who faded too fast because of the way she was treated by the studio system from a young age. Alongside Zellweger stars Rufus Sewell, Jessie Buckley and Michael Gambon.
