What really motivated her betrayal of Samson? Was she chasing fame, settling scores, or simply fed up with all that hair? Packed with virtuosic live music, sharp comedy and unexpected twists, this irreverent tale of rivalry, superstardom, power and vanity features music from some of opera's greatest hits, ingeniously reimagined for Carmen Co Trio's unique combination of flute/voice and two guitars. The new show from the trio behind A Pocket Opera, My My My Delilah! is a witty, exhilarating mix of classical music, storytelling and comedy that audiences won't soon forget.

Formed in 2017, prizewinning trio CarmenCo have performed all over England, Scotland and Wales, in diverse venues from village halls, schools and arts centres, through well-known cabaret venues eg Crazy Coqs in Soho to top concert halls Kings Place and Buxton Festival. A truly unique ensemble, they perform their own arrangements of orchestral pieces, opera, and folk music from memory, incorporating movement, dance and storyline into their concerts, as well as varying instrumentation from solo guitar through to voice/flute and two guitars: Their concerts and shows are as unique and colourful as the players in the trio.

CarmenCo pride themselves on their originality - finding new, unique and entertaining ways to present classical music - as well as their portability - not needing a piano means they can tour to remote and rural villages and perform in venues where traditional opera or chamber music does not reach, thus engaging new and very appreciative audiences all over the country. Their Pocket Opera show, all about Carmen, has been performed over 50 times, and has bookings into 2028 with promoters and audiences alike queueing up to see their next show My My My Delilah, which premieres in October 2026."The most astonishing performance we have ever staged.
