EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
|
Ian Martin
Ian was general manager of the organisation for four years and was appointed as managing director in November 2008. He has been responsible for the management of Corsham Festival since its successful relaunch in June 2000. In 2007 he completed the Clore Leadership Programme short course.

PROGRAMME MANAGER
|
Michael Cainen
Michael joined the organisation in June 2008 and is a member of the Executive Committee of the British Arts Festivals Association. A double bass player, Michael performs regularly with various orchestras and ensembles.

BOX OFFICE AND VENUE CO-ORDINATOR
|
Martin Campbell
Martin joined the organisation in October 2007 and in his current position he has responsibility for all building related matters at the arts centre as well as the day to day running of the box office.

LEARNING AND PARTICIPATION CO-ORDINATOR
|
Siwan Williams
Siwan joined the team in September 2012 and plans to develop an extensive programme of events, activities and opportunities for young people in Wiltshire and beyond.

VISUAL ARTS CO-ORDINATOR

Diana Hatton
Diana is a freelance curator consultant and public art producer. She has worked at The Pound since 2011 and is responsible for curating and coordinating the visual arts programme which includes exhibitions, the artists’ studios, festival events, projects and workshops.
Diana loves being part of The Pound team, the variety and quality of the work and the people she meets here…..and also the café!

Mary Gingell
Mary administers the accounts for the organisation and works closely with the executive director and the treasurer.

Charity has recently joined The Pound to support marketing its many creative strands.

CAFE BAR SUPERVISOR

Beth Quarmby
Beth runs The Pound's cafe bar from Monday to Friday.

CENTRE AND ADMIN ASSISTANT

Krysia Chrzanowska-Hunt
Krysia has been with The Pound since it opened after refurbishment in September 2007. Krysia works part time, helping to run the box office in the evenings and on Saturdays, as well as assisting with the day to day running of the building. She loves Saturday mornings seeing so many families enjoying the art centre.

Orly Lascelles
Orly works part time, helping to run the box office in the evening and on Saturdays, as well as assisting with the day to day running of the building. He is invloved with ActNoW Youth Theatre and is the Arts Award representative for Pound Arts.

Kathryn runs The Pound's cafe bar during the day on Saturdays.
